The Process
- We begin with initial contact followed by an onsite consultation which ensures right from the outset that you are getting what you like and want from us. Consultations can last anything from minutes, to hours, depending on what you wish to discuss.
- We listen to you, we listen to what you would like to use the area for, we listen to what it is you are hoping to achieve and we make suggestions, which you may not have thought about. We ask if you have a budget in mind and we work towards designing your requirements around your budget. Some clients to not wish to inform us of their budget, which is never a problem, however it means that our designers will assemble a proposal for you, based on what we think accentuates the area/s and adds the most value to it.
- You will be given the option of having plans drawn. There is a charge for these plans. However some of our clients are not the best at visualising changes and our putting it on paper for clients to see proves very beneficial in this respect, particularly if you opt for 3D plans. You may decide plans are unnecessary, and we may inform you of this, especially if the area you would like to develop is a small one.
- A quotation is prepared for you. Our quoting system is a modular one, and you are able to be selective in your requests. There is absolutely no obligation on you unless you instruct us to prepare plans. However, there is NEVER any obligation on you to contract us, even if the plans have been drawn by us.
The final decision is yours, and from here the ball is in your court. You are in total control at all stages. All you have to do at this stage is decide.

What We Do For You
Because we do one job at a time, our project manager, Tim Hobbs, is onsite multiple times every day to ensure the smooth running of your investment.
Tim is on-site to liaise with you. This way, we can assure you of our very best attention at all times, and any changes you request can be actioned almost immediately to avoid any unnecessary delays, giving you the piece of mind you deserve.
With Tim, and his expertise on-site, you only have to deal with one person. Tim ensures the project foreman, and other team members create what you want, and what was designed.
If our staff are not qualified to complete your request (e. g. electrical) then we will liaise with the sub-contractor and ensure that the sub-contractor turns up on time and gets the job right. Because OUR reputation is on the line, we pride ourselves in getting it right the first time.
