The costs of landscaping will vary depending on what it is you want to achieve with your property. You may view landscaping as having a seemingly high initial outlay, but we advise all our clients to remember that landscaping provides the first impressions to your home, thereby adding value to it.

Quotation – FREE and sent to you within 48 hours of our site visit
Concept Plan & 3D Modeling $2300 incl GST
- An aerial view of the section showing the positioning of surfaces and structures, placement of items such as water features, retaining walls, decks, gardens, tiling etc
- Includes perspective cross sections where appropriate
Planting Schedule: $600 incl GST
- An aerial view with plant position indicated on the plan
- A key of plant names, grade and specimen tree sizes
Full Working Drawings and Building Consent
Due to there being more than one local body council in the Wellington region (Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Wellington, Kapiti Coast, Horowhenua, Porirua) costs cannot be specified as each council has their own varying requirements. Therefore cost varies according to project:
